Global coronavirus death toll tops 398,650

The coronavirus (Covid-19) death toll has climbed to 398,698 worldwide till Saturday evening (June 6, Bangladesh Time).

A total of 6,875,464 people have been infected and 3,369,095 people have recovered worldwide from the disease, according to latest data from worldometer.

In USA, 1,966,290 people have been infected in the disease. Of them, 111,398 people have died and 738,729 people have recovered. Active case are 1,116,163.

In UK, 283,311 people have been diagnosed with COVID-19. Of them, 40,261 patients have died.

In Brazil, 646,006 people have been infected with coronavirus. Of them, 35,047 patients have died and 302,084 recovered. Active cases are 308,875.

In Italy, 234,531 people have been infected in the disease. Of them, 33,774 people have died and 163,781 people have recovered. Active cases are 36,976.

In Iran, 169,425 people have been infected with coronavorus. Of them, 8,209 patients have died and 132,038 patients have recovered. Active cases are 29,178.

In Canada, 94,335 people have been infected from the disease. Of them, 7,703 people have died and 52,568 have recovered.

In China, 83,030 people have been infected in the disease. Of them, 4,634 people have died and 78,329 have recovered. Active cases are 67.

In India, 237,754 people have been affected with coronavirus. Of them, 6,650 people have died and 114,073 people have recovered from the disease.

In Bangladesh, 63,026 people have been infected with coronavirus. Of them, 846 people died and 13,325 patients have recovered.

A total of 213 countries and territories and two international conveyances have been infected in the deadly disease.

The World Health Organization declared the coronavirus crisis a pandemic on March 11.
