Covid-19: 648,453 die, active cases are 5,641,012 in worldwide

The whole world has been devastated by the novel coronavirus. Death and infections from the deadly virus are rising alarmingly. The novel coronavirus has killed 648,453 people in the 213 countries and territories since the virus emerged in Wuhan of China last December, according to latest data from worldometer.

Apart from this, the number of active cases are 5,641,012, the source said.

Among the coronavirus affected countries, the US has gone up to 149,398 deaths, followed by Brazil with 86,496, UK 45,738, Mexico 43,374, Italy 35,102, France 30,192, India 32,096, Spain 28,432, Iran 15,484, Russia 13,192, China 4,634, Indonesia 4,714, Saudi Arabia 2,703 and Australia 155 respectively, according to worldometer.
